HubSpot CMS - Website Design and Development [New Theme Method]

We are a B2B marketing agency and HubSpot is where we run most of our clients' marketing activities. One of our major services is Website Design and Development on HubSpot CMS and WordPress.

Although we discuss the nitty-gritties on the kickoff meeting call when we get started, here's what we'll require at the very basic:

1. Your Name, Company Name, Designation, Email, Website URL
2. Is it HubSpot or WordPress? If you're switching from one CMS platform to another, Why is that?
3. Briefly describe your target audience.
4. What are your goals with the new website?
5. Your competitors? Share at least 2 competitors' websites.
6. Share at least 2 websites that you want us to see for inspiration before getting to work.
7. Mention each and every little and big feature that you're looking for on the website.
8. Your company logo (full and icon) in good quality, transparent background, PNG.
9. If you have a fixed website structure in mind, do share that. It would include all the pages needed, and how they will be interlinked. Not compulsory.
10. Brand color codes that you want us to follow.

We don't use ready-made templates to build websites. We will code your website from scratch. The websites we build are flexible for making adjustments in the future.

You'll be in touch with the designer and the developer first hand, via our project management tool and of course, a dedicated Slack channel.

Your website will be super responsive in whichever device your audience will open it. All devices - portrait or landscape mode - any screen sizes, your website will be all good to go.

1. Work will happen in phases.
2. Once the design will be finalized (with your feedback and iterations), only then the development will be started.
3. No major design changes will happen once the team enters the development phase.
4. Feature requests will be discussed at the beginning of the project. No extra features will be added after the project gets started and finalized.
