Wish you had someone who could look at your strategy and just knock out a funnel right there? Well, that's me.
I've got a decade of marketing automation experience under my belt and companies regularly (especially agencies) regularly me to just *please* get the ball rolling.
"What do we do with this customer? How can we generate more leads for them? And then who will make it happen?" are three key problems I tend to fix.
First, I've seen a ton of cases, so I usually have an idea you haven't thought of (or can validate your idea was a good one, based on my experience!). Then, I can conceptualize the funnel, come up with suitable content offers or lead magnets and, finally, write all the copy myself.
All we need then is a designer for any PDFs (and I know a couple), everything else we can handle in HubSpot. If we need to integrate with anything, I can do that too - provided it's got a HubSpot integraiton.
Checklist Of Deliverables
Funnel strategy - excel document containing funnel stages, blog post topics and content downloads per stage.
Copy.
HubSpot implementation of emails and workflows. Forms and landing pages on the menu too, provided you have templates.
Exclusions
I don't design content, nor do I build templates (unless they're those kind where you want it to look like a personal e-mail, with no or minimal branding).
I don't do ads, but I know some damn fine people that do and can help.
Information needed from you to do this job
Before I take any job, I want to spend at least an hour on a call with you (if it's the first time we're working). I want to know about you, your business, your approach and how you normally do things.
Then we look at your specific goals and how we can reach those with an inbound marketing funnel (or campaign).
Finally, we need to get on the same page about the scope of the project - at which point I can quote you on the price.
Motivation
Few people can take the strategic perspective and then execute it themselves. I can come up with the good ideas and then actually make them happen, so you don't have to.
Terms & Conditions
We finalize project scope together. You sign off on a set fee. Half is paid up front, half upon delivery of the project. We work until you're satisfied, obviously.
