Every growing company needs to get serious with marketing. As an entrepreneur, you know this. But besides having a million other things to do, you also don't have the money to hire another senior marketer - alongside all the other important people you need to effectively run your business.

Instead, you do have one, or more, junior people. They're doing stuff: they're posting on sociale media, they're writing blogs, running some ads... the basics.

But you need more. You need that next step, where marketing starts taking over the job your personal network is doing right now: generating leads and sales.

I am that senior marketer. I will bring a decade of digital marketing experience to your business. I will drive your team forward. I will get you results. And I will do it all for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.

Checklist Of Deliverables

As a part of this service, your marketers and I will start working together based on an agile model. We'll create backlog of tasks, tool up bi-weekly sprints and get going.

I will act as your Product Owner, helping the team identify priorities, breaking down big tasks into manageable ones and picking the right things to do. Then I will hold them accountable for actually doing it, as well as reporting to you, the business owner, with our progress.

The result? Actual marketing traction. Getting things done.

Exclusions

What is not offered as part of this service?

  1. First, the initial assessment of your company, strategy and current efforts. We can't get to work without a solid plan. This is a separate $3000 service.
  2. I'm here to guide your team and help them make the right decisions. Supplement with my experience and knowledge. I'm not here to execute your marketing for you. That said, I am more than happy to take a look at copy, settings, etc. If it makes sense, I will jump in and practically help out.

Information needed from you to do this job

A couple of things are needed to get started:

  1. First, I will do an assessment of your company, its current marketing and sales strategies and overall business model. Based on this assessment, I will create a roadmap to success. That's the roadmap that will guide our progress together.
  2. This assessment is a separately priced product at $3000. If, when receiving the assessment, you decide you want to execute the plan without me, that's a totally viable option too - you'll get value from the assessment either way.
  3. Besides that, we need to agree on a mutually agreeable time every other week. Your team is expected to show up on time, with good webcams and stable internet connections.
  4. You are not required to join our sessions, unless you are executing marketing tasks yourself. You're of course welcome to sit in, if you prefer.

There is an optional upgrade to this program where we meet weekly. The extra meeting is called the "Backlog Culling" meeting, and it's basically a meeting where we think strategically and, together, start thinking about the next sprint and what needs to happen.

I've found that this extra meeting is very helpful when it comes to coming up with creative ideas in the actual Sprint Meetings, but it is by no means required.

I'm Henrik and I have a decade of digital marketing experience under my belt. I've worked as both a marketing consultant (with a heavy emphasis on B2B and marketing automation) as well as an internal marketing director. I've got the chops to help you nail this marketing thing for your company or agency.

  1. The assessment is a required first step towards this process.
  2. We commence the engagement once the first term has been paid.
  3. The price for this product is $2000/month (excluding platform fees).
  4. The price for the upgraded, weekly program is $3000/month.
  5. You must have, or be willing to buy, suitable project management software for keeping track of our backlog and sprints. Anything with a kanban board will do, really.
  6. Obviously, you need people that can execute on your team. They don't have to be full-time, but they need to dedicated to whatever tasks we put on the board.
