We'll setup a Service Hub Ticket pipeline and we will train your team on the configuration of it.
Checklist Of Deliverables
1. Have a workshop to understand your business, the goals, challenges, the service reporting you would like and the desired service process
2. Get the service team to document the way they deal with support requests from initiation through to close
3. We will then document our recommended best-practice and get sign off
4. We will then set up the Ticket Pipeline
5. Finally, two hours of training will commence over Zoom with the support team

We've been rolling out and managing customers using the HubSpot Service Hub since the day it was launched. We have experience of using Service Hub in real estate, financial services, hospitality, professional services and even in wine distribution. We're a Diamond agency, based in the central time zone of Cape Town.
