Sales Pipeline Setup & Sales Coaching

To set up your sales pipeline in the Sales Hub, we'll review your current sales process and advise on improvements based on sales best practices & our sales expertise. We'll setup on pipeline, and run 3 training/ coaching sessions with your team. Our focus will in establishing a 'Sales flywheel' for your business, with an emphasis on lead generation, customer acquisition & engagement, and growth. Setup: 1. Discovery Session (1hr) - a review and discovery to understand baseline measurements, core positioning and messaging. We will also establish business drivers and measurable revenue targets for the months and years ahead. 2. The Sales Journey (1hr): Review of your current sales roadmap and go to market strategy that will establish what you need to achieve your revenue targets. This will lead to a detailed sales process that will align the sales and marketing teams Coaching: 3. Outbound Sales Training (1 hr) - at this stage we will develop plans for your outbound sales scripts and email templates & sequencing, conduct a sales training session with your inside and outside sales teams, establish a follow-up system, and ensure a smooth handoff between your prospecting and field sales team. Implementation: based on the insights gathered during the Discovery Session and Sales Journey calls, we will create standard operating procedures which will outline each step of your sales process. We will then import your existing data and customize the use of your HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub to create accurate reporting and performance enhancements for sales, marketing, and management.
